No..not overanalysed. Starkey, actually states that teachers need to be so much more these days. That they need to be more knowledgeable, more flexible and have the skills needed to be able to address the learning needs. Personally, I feel I need to be asking myself these questions often. Once I stop doing this, then I have become complacent and I need to move on.
